In this IIL inclusion and wellbeing webinar, Carla Buckle talks to those who want to improve their understanding of perimenopause and menopause. Regardless of age, stage, or gender, menopause affects everyone in some way, in your personal life or at work.

As hormonal changes in midlife can feel overwhelming and may affect work and daily life, this talk provides clarity and reassurance, leaving attendees informed, inspired, and equipped to navigate this transition with confidence and renewed vitality.
