Now in its third year, the IIL YMC's popular Climate & Nature Summit returns to Scotland's stunning west coast from 18th - 22nd May 2026.

This residential event brings together young professionals and industry experts to connect, learn and discuss solutions to climate and nature challenges through hands-on workshops, outdoor activities, and peer-led discussions.

Travelling from London for a fully-packed three days, the programme is shaped in advance by participants and their areas of professional focus.

In previous years we have explored:

  • Coastal resilience to climate change
  • Carbon credit insurance
  • Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
  • Blue economy & salmon farming
  • Woodland restoration & regenerative agriculture

…to name a few!

This onsite retreat is set within the beautiful house and grounds of an ecosystem regeneration project itself, and is not one to miss.
