Bridging generational divides for stronger workplaces
In this IIL inclusion and diversity webinar, Nilema Bhakta-Jones discusses the different generations in the workplace, providing a deeper understanding of what shapes each generation and practical steps to address issues that prevent collaboration.
For the first time in history, we have five generations of workers in the workplace. The issue of young people in the workplace and multi-generational relationships is still dividing leaders, HR professionals and employees. Many columns, opinions, and presentations are being written or made espousing the negative attributes of various generations in the workplace. This session debunks the myths, stereotypes and builds practical ways to build more collaborative workplaces, delivering interesting data insights about the multiple generations.
In this webinar, the speaker explains how to build more inclusive environments where multiple generations can work together for better outcomes.
