Paul Brand (Convex Group CEO) and Doug Howat (Convex Group CUO) will share insights from their careers across the London Market and global insurance experience.

They will reflect on the key decisions, opportunities and lessons that have shaped their leadership journeys, and discuss how emerging professionals can navigate their careers in an industry evolving through rapid technological progress and in times of geopolitical and economic uncertainty.

The session will explore the personal attributes and characteristics that support career success; how to future-proof your skills amid rapid technological development; the importance of maintaining the London Market’s relevance in the global insurance landscape; and the value of continuous learning and professional qualifications in building long-term capability and confidence.
