The Professional Map is the CII's competency framework, a practical tool that sets out the skills, behaviours and enablers that drive success across the profession. Whether you're planning your next career move, preparing a job application, or developing the people you lead, this webinar shows you how to put the map to work. We will walk through its three dimensions:

• Technical Expertise: the role-specific knowledge and skills at the core of professional practice
• Behaviours: the actions and attitudes that shape decision-making and working relationships
• Enablers: awareness of the elements within the working environment that support effective professional practice
