In this webinar, organised by the IIL Young Members' Committee, a panel of speakers discuss the key challenges for members in the changing working environment and provide insights into overcoming and thriving in the ever-changing workplace.

The panel explore key topics including the impact of a hardening insurance market from an underwriter and broker perspective, the increasing digitalisation of the workplace, hybrid working environments, and the impact on diversity.

The webinar concludes with an open Q&A discussion - members are encouraged to submit questions in advance when registering.

This webinar is aimed at members 5+ years into their career and is the first in a two-part series on career development.
