Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Insurance Institute of London will be held at the Insurance Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London, EC2V 7HY at 12.45pm on Monday 26 September 2016 in order to:
 

1. Consider and adopt the Annual Report for 2015-16
2. Consider and adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015
3. Elect New Vice Presidents
   1. Stephen Redmond, FCII
   2. Nicolas Aubert
   3. Dominic Thomas, Cert CII 
   4. Hannah Kate Smith, ACII
   5. Christopher Croft 
   6. Malcolm Newman   
       
4. Elect the Honorary Treasurer: Dominic Mignon, FCCA 
5. Elect the auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
6. Elect the senior or ordinary members of Council to serve for three years:
   1. James Peace, FCII representing large employer - Marsh 
   2. Nicolas Aubert representing large employer - Willis
   3. Mike Hammond, ACII representing large employer - Lockton 
   4. Simon Beale, ACII
   5. Paul Jardine
