In this IIL webinar, Rebecca Aston explores why adhering to professional standards includes treating people regardless of their protected characteristics and how the rise of EDI considerations is part of doing business ethically and creating an ethical culture.

What are the current challenges firms face when embedding EDI practices? What examples of best practice exist? What role can individual professionals play in promoting EDI within their business and their profession?

This webinar seeks to answer these questions, as well as those posed by the audience with information gathered by the CII’s Chartered EDI survey, as well as insights from Chartered firms, CII members and sector research.
