As the cost-of-living crisis deepens, the insurance sector has seen a spike in fraudulent claims.
We look at the factors contributing to this and their overall impact. We also explore the methods being used to investigate bogus claims and the new range of initiatives – including new technological tools - being developed to tackle the issue.
