In this joint IIL/LBIA webinar, Damian Glynn and Rob Ford talk about Covid issues arising out of the litigation, highlighting those of importance for all future BI claims.
Whilst Covid issues continue to be litigated, many disputes have been settled. However, significant issues were dealt with that have reference to business interruption claims generally. This session also covers:
- Group interdependency 'extensions' – the chasm between the law and market practice
- Indemnity Periods – why they may not necessarily start at the date of Damage
- Damage and triggers for cover
Learning objectives:
- Aspects of settled Covid litigation significant for future claims
- Aspects of settled litigation that are specific to Covid
- What has not changed
