During this session, Gill looks at the macro context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Fourth Industrial Revolution; alongside the scary predictions that make the headlines. She also looks at a model that could be used across our organisations for leveraging the best AI has to offer; bolstered by case studies from those organisations in our sectors that are already ahead of the curve.

- Be introduced to a model that could assist thinking in augmenting roles alongside leveraging all that machine learning has to offer
- Familiarisation with innovative case studies from the financial and insurance sectors, which might then form the basis of exploring possibilities with their own organisations
