In this IIL London Market webinar, Olly Laughton-Scott provides an overview about what is driving M&A - mergers and acquisitions - in the sector, pricing of transactions and the impact of the structure of the industry.

The webinar summarises the level of M&A over the last five years; identifies the sectors where it has had the greatest impact; how the types of buyers have changed and in particular looks at the impact private equity capital has had.

This presentation also projects what changes are due to happen in the future.
