In this IIL inclusion and diversity webinar, Ron Wheatcroft, Katharine Moxham and Joy Reymond discussed personal financial resilience to income shock and their awareness of the insured occupational benefits and employee assistance programme support available to them.

Having established this, the speakers sought to improve participants understanding of the role that insurance can and does play in supporting their clients

By the end of this webinar members would have gained an insight into: 

  • The role that group risk provision plays in supporting UK employees and business
  • The size of the UK market and extent of unmet need
  • The role that group risk plays in enabling firms to better manage sickness/absence plus rehabilitate employees back into the workplace
