This event brings together senior leaders from across the insurance profession - spanning Property, Marine, Portfolio solutions and Manufacturing - who have made the transition between broking and underwriting. Whether they’ve moved from the client-facing world of broking to the risk-assessing role of underwriting, or taken the reverse path, each speaker will share their unique journey and the key motivations behind their decision to switch. 

During roundtable breakout sessions hosted by each speaker, attendees will gain valuable perspectives on what they wish they had known before making the move, the challenges they faced, and the skills that helped them adapt and succeed in their new roles. The session will also offer practical tips and honest reflections for anyone considering a similar transition, and a safe space to ask questions, providing a rare opportunity to hear directly from those who’ve experienced both sides of the market.
