In this flagship YMC summer event, Lucy will share the highs and lows of her career with Kimberley Hallam, YMC Chair, with the opportunity for you to get involved and ask YOUR questions as part of the session.

Lucy joined WTW to lead the Risk and Broking segment internationally in 2024, bringing over 25 years of industry expertise, with a strong emphasis on delivering top-tier client service, specialising in complex insurance products, and overseeing placement strategies.

She is the first female President in the IIL’s 117-year-old history.

In this session, Lucy and Kimberley will have an open and candid discussion on career experiences, the challenges the profession faces, and offer advice on how to further your career.

The discussion will be followed by drinks and an opportunity for you to connect with young professionals and other industry figures in a relaxed environment.
