This event is of specific relevance to general insurance intermediaries only.

Significant changes are being proposed in the consultation paper (CP17/25) released by the FCA on 26 July and with responses needed by 3 November and final rules effective in around 12 months - will you be able to make the changes?  

By the end of this event delegates will have gained an insight into:

  • SM&CR proposals (wider applicability than current Approved Persons Regime)
  • Certification requirements
  • Fit and Proper requirements
  • Conduct rules

  • Non-members - £300 + VAT
