This IIL Young Members’ Committee webinar focussed on the concept of bringing your whole self to work, whether in person or in a virtual environment. The panel discussed the diverse range of people working within the profession and encouraged thought provoking conversation around inclusion in the market.

Each panellist discussed their journey into the insurance market, views on the state of D&I in today’s climate, and their own advice on bringing your ‘whole self’ to work.

The webinar concluded with an open Q&A discussion and attendees were encouraged to submit questions in advance.

By the end of this webinar members will have gained an insight into:

  • Four different routes into the insurance market
  • An understanding of the various perspectives which exist and are prevalent across the D&I space
  • Past, current, and future trends of D&I within the insurance market and more widely the financial services sector
