Volunteer with the Insurance Institute of London's Inclusion & Diversity Committee! By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to influence the IIL's output in this area, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the betterment of our industry.

There are several vacancies on this committee that steers the IIL's output in this area, including hosting webinars and lectures on topical issues to benefit CII members in London and around the country. Your contribution to these initiatives can make a significant difference in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in our industry.

The committee, a diverse group of individuals, meets two or three times a year to share ideas for future webinars, lectures, and events. Each meeting is held online at lunchtime to fit in around members' other commitments, respecting your time and schedule. There are up to eight places available, one of which is also for the Deputy Chair of the Committee. The only criteria, beyond natural enthusiasm, is that you are one of our 25,000 members or willing to become one!

If you would like to learn more, send us a link to your LinkedIn profile before 2 December and tell us why you would like to get involved and what you think you could contribute.
