The CII Next Generation Group is undertaking research into the impact that home/hybrid working is having on learning and development in the London insurance marketplace. The survey seeks a broad range of responses across the London insurance market, including all departments and age groups. The purpose is to achieve insights into the impact of hybrid working on 9 aspects of learning of development.
