By the end of this lecture members will have gained an insight into:
- The necessary skills required to lead a small company/team and build it into a successful venture
- Some of the setbacks that occur and how to deal with them effectively
- What younger members of the industry can do today to ensure they have every opportunity to get where they want to be in the future, whether that means being the CEO or not
