Inga's presentation used personal examples obtained during her career and provided up to date statistics from work undertaken by the LMA Managing Agency HR Benchmarking Survey 2013. This survey produced statistics on gender, age and ethnic splits.
Inga also covered career progression and what individuals can do. She explained how important it was for individuals to work on their P.I.E. (Performance, Image, Exposure).
