  • Wellbeing Programme

Join us for the latest instalment in our wellbeing programme - an early morning barre class in association with Well with Samantha.

Barre is a great way to practice movement with a focus on strength, flexibility, and posture to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Practiced with or without light weights, and plenty of repetitions to fatigue the muscles, this class will engage muscles you may not normally target with other exercises.

This class is a fun, invigorating way to energise your body and start the day.

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
  • A yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • 1kg/2kg weights (optional)
  • A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
  • A bottle of water

Give yourself plenty of time to set up and log on before the class starts.

If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a question please email Samantha before class - samanthaerinhale@icloud.com

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By joining this online barre class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.

Registration for this event is free of charge, but if you are able, please consider donating to Barking Foodbank - the IIL's Charity Partner.
