Join us for an early morning empowering yoga practice in association with Well With Samantha.

The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness week was loneliness. This wellbeing session will reflect on the theme using breathwork and intuitive movement linked to yoga philosophy to help ease anxiety, relieve stress and create a greater sense of connection with yourself and others.

Yoga has become increasingly popular in today’s society, providing a retreat from busy lives, and allowing time to pause and focus on the mental and physical benefits of the practice.

This class will exercise both mind and body with practical hints and tips on how to look after yourself and others.

If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a question please email Samantha before class -

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
  • A yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
  • A bottle of water
  • Clothes suitable for yoga

Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
