Join us for a summer Pilates class that will get you in the holiday mood!

This early morning class will focus on balance, control and core strength as well as traditional Pilates mat work. The practice aims to strengthen the body with a particular emphasis on core strength to improve physical fitness and mental wellbeing.

Samantha will guide you through a series of moves that will leave you energised and ready for summer!

If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a question please email Samantha before class - samanthaerinhale@icloud.com

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
  • A yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
  • A bottle of water
  • Sunglasses and inflatables are optional! 😎

Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.
