Pilates: balance and breathwork
Join us for the latest instalment in our Wellbeing programme - an early morning Pilates class and mindfulness practice.
This session will incorporate a mix of both Pilates and yoga movements to create the perfect balance of strength and stability exercises combined with mindful movement and yoga flow. Samantha will guide you through a series of postures that will help strengthen the body and improve general wellbeing.
The class will conclude with a guided breathwork meditation to help relieve stress and create a sense of balance and calm.
This class is an ideal way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind.
If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a question please email Samantha before class - firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
