In this IIL inclusion and diversity webinar, Laura Edwards speaks about how to overcome the challenges of remote working, including how to ensure a transversal corporate culture, a feeling of belonging and an engaged/efficient workforce.

In this session, the speaker highlights:

  • Why remote working works, and how you can use it to your advantage (including an overview of Wakam’s 'Wakam from Anywhere' programme)
  • Understanding remote and hybrid work challenges
  • Building and maintaining a transversal (unified) corporate culture (defining or adapting your culture to suit modern ways of working, communication and buy-in and other integration initiatives)
  • How can leaders and managers establish and foster a sense of belonging (creating inclusive environments, driving efficiency and engagement, remote work best practices)
