Join us for the first wellbeing session of the new year – an early morning yoga class in association with Bex Parker Smith Yoga.

Suitable for all levels of practitioner, from those looking to begin a yoga practice to members wanting to refresh their foundations, this session will focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and meditation.

Before practice, please take a few moments to set up your space free of obstacles and interruptions. Close the door, dim the lights, perhaps even light a candle!

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen big enough that you can see Bex
  • A yoga mat or towel to practice on
  • A yoga block or a big book to use as a prop

Give yourself plenty of time to set-up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Regrettably, classes are not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy.

If you are working with an injury or pregnancy that Bex should be aware of ahead of class, please let her know via email on bex@bexparkersmithyoga.com

By joining this online yoga class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.

This event will be hosted on Zoom. Please familiarise yourself with their T&Cs and Privacy Statement.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited to 300 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
