Back to Basics: Classic Pilates 34
Join us for the next instalment in our Wellbeing programme – a back to basics Pilates class in association with Well With Samantha.
This early morning class will start with a lateral breathing exercise before focusing on The Classic 34 Pilates moves.
Classic 34 Pilates is a traditional mat based practice that involves a series of low-impact flexibility, strength and endurance moves. The practice aims to strengthen the body, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
The session will conclude with a diaphragmatic breathing practice.
This class is an invigorating way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind.
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set-up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited to 300 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
