Virtual rest & restore session
Join us for a live evening restorative session in association with Bex Parker Smith Yoga.
To provide members with some space and time to focus on their mental health and wellbeing, Bex Parker Smith Yoga is offering IIL members a free to attend, rest and restore class.
Join Bex Parker Smith for this 60-minute restorative yoga practice, designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and soothe the soul. A gentle floor-based practice consisting of longer-held stretches, restorative yoga is suitable for all levels and abilities, and will leave you feeling totally relaxed, rejuvenated (and perhaps, ready for bed!)
To join, all you need is comfy clothing, a yoga mat (or a blanket/towel), two yoga bricks (or two big books as a substitute) and a yoga bolster (or two pillows). For those working with injury or pregnancy, please drop Bex an email on email@example.com ahead of the session.
This event will be hosted on Zoom. Please familiarise yourself with their T&Cs and Privacy Statement.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited to 300 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
By joining this online restorative class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.
