Join us for the final wellbeing session of 2023 – a fun, festive, stress-reducing, Pilates class in association with Well With Samantha.

Christmas can be a busy and stressful time. This festive class will start with a breathing exercise, designed to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing, before moving onto a series of low-impact flexibility, strength, and endurance moves to strengthen the body, and improve general fitness, all to the beat of your favourite Christmas songs!

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
  • A yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
  • A bottle of water
  • Santa hats optional!

Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.

If you are pregnant or working with an injury that Samantha should be aware of ahead of the class, please let her know via email - samanthaerinhale@icloud.com

The Insurance Institute of London is delighted to offer our Wellbeing programme free of charge to CII members. All we ask in return is that you consider donating what you can to our partner charity, Barking Foodbank, to enable them to carry on the valuable work they do.

Please feel free to donate securely via our JustGiving page.
