Back to Basics: Yoga

Online event

  • Wellbeing Programme

Join us for the first wellbeing session of 2023 – an early morning vinyasa yoga class in association with Well With Samantha.

Suitable for all levels of practitioner, from those looking to begin a yoga practice to members wanting to refresh their foundations, this session will focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga, including breathwork and mindful movement.

Yoga has become increasingly popular in today’s society, providing a retreat from busy lives, and allowing time to pause and focus on the mental and physical benefits of the practice.

You will need the following:

  • A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
  • A yoga mat or towel/blanket
  • A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
  • A bottle of water

Give yourself plenty of time to set-up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

By joining this online yoga class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.

If you are pregnant or working with an injury that Samantha should be aware of ahead of the class, please let her know via email - samanthaerinhale@icloud.com

Registration for this event is free of charge, but if you are able, please consider donating to Barking Foodbank - the IIL's Charity Partner.
