Virtual anti-desk yoga

Online event

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)
  • Wellbeing Programme

Join us for a live lunchtime yoga session, specifically designed to combat the strain and tension from working at your home or office workstation.

Sitting at a makeshift desk hunched over a laptop can lead to increased pressure on your neck, shoulders, and spine. This anti-desk yoga session will incorporate specific moves to minimise the negative impacts of home/office working, improve posture, release tension, and leave you energised for the day ahead.

Suitable for all levels, Bex will lead you through a gentle flow, focussing on opening the upper body and creating a more stable posture, before coming down to the mat for some longer-held stretches, targeting shoulder and neck release.

The session will conclude with a guided relaxation to calm the mind, so you can head off into the afternoon feeling refreshed and revived!

For those working with injury or pregnancy, please contact Bex beforehand at bex@bexparkersmithyoga.com

This event will be hosted on Zoom. Please familiarise yourself with their T&Cs and Privacy Statement.
