Join us for an early morning live Pilates class in association with ‘Well with Samantha’.

This class will get you ready to start your day and ‘rise well’, by focusing on the functional movement of the Powerhouse (the central line of the body that gives strength, stamina, and stability for all movement).

Combining controlled and precise movements with specific breathing techniques, we will activate your mind-body connection for effective stress management, greater body awareness and improved posture.

This class is suitable for all levels and is an uplifting way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind. Designed to be both educational and fun, Samantha will guide you through a series of postures that will leave you energised and ready for the day ahead.

This event will be hosted on Zoom. Please familiarise yourself with their T&Cs and Privacy Statement.

Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited to 300 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
