Summer Pilates
Join us for the latest instalment in our wellbeing programme in association with Well With Samantha - a summer Pilates class that will get you in the holiday mood!
This early morning class will focus on balance, control, and core strength as well as traditional Pilates mat work. The practice aims to strengthen the body, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
Samantha will guide you through a series of moves that will leave you energised and ready for summer!
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
- Sunglasses and inflatables are optional!
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk.
