    • Branko Bjelobaba, FCII, CII Accredited Advanced General Insurance Trainer, Branko Ltd
  • Financial Planning

A two hour seminar presented by Branko Bjelobaba FCII, CII Accredited Advanced General Insurance Trainer

Feedback - "As always the session was informative and excellently presented. It takes a genius to keep people interested in CASS rules for more than 5 minutes never mind 2+ hours!" Carl Ashton, Coversure.

This event, for FCA regulated firms only, will provide a detailed overview of what is needed to comply with the key financial aspects of FCA compliance for general insurance firms, to include: Solvency/Capital, Client Money handling under CASS 5, Risk Transfer, RMAR reporting and audit requirements.

Learning objectives. By attending this event, delegates will gain an insight into:

  • Understanding options for client/insurer money handling
  • RMAR reporting
  • Audit requirements
  • Capital requirements

The FCA continues to have a very keen interest in ensuring firms comply with their client requirements and rightly so and with numerous enforcement actions and S166s plus more activity from insurers when handling their money it makes sense to check that what you are doing is right. Having had the FSA/FCA rules now for 11+ years it continues to be an area of huge confusion especially when it comes to audit requirements and now with a much beefed up RMAR firms will have be even more transparent.

Advance booking is essential. Please download a booking form below. This event is not bookable online.

Session Rates:
CII / PFS member - £240 (inc. VAT)
Non-members - £360 (inc. VAT)
Special discount - book both sessions and save £50!
