IIM Dinner 2022

Paul Heathcote ACII, President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester and Eleanor Moore Cert CII, Past President of the IIM are delighted to announce that our Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 11th November at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.

Join us for a packed evening with glamorous entertainment performances, a three course dinner and plenty of laughs with our after dinner entertainment. Following the fabulous dinner, continue the party atmosphere with the return of DJ Disco Dave to dance the night away!

Programme
• Welcome from 5.00pm - 7.00pm: Drinks reception
• 7.00pm - 10.00pm: Dinner and speeches
• 10.00pm till late: Live music and entertainment

Starters
Pressed Cheshire chicken, bacon and sweetcorn slaw, red pepper emulsion
Mature cheddar, grilled broccoli and red pepper tart, aged balsamic (v)​​​​​​​

Mains
Slow-cooked blade of beef, smoked garlic whipped potatoes, carrot emulsion, confit carrot
Spinach and ricotta cannelloni, woodland mushrooms, herb velouté (v)

Dessert
Burnt lemon meringue pie with blackberry sorbet (v)

• The pre dinner bar reception area will be in the Whitworth Suite.
• Dinner will be served in the main Ballroom.
• The VIP reception will be held close to the Refuge.
• Dress code: black tie and evening dress.
