    • Martin Robert Hall
    • Jonathan Bates

We have held many webinars on wellbeing events over the past two years and now it is time for us to meet you in person. Join us on this two-hour lunch time session.

During the session you will hear about breaking bad habits and creating positive change in your life.

Our speaker and author Martin Robert Hall is an award-winning coach and speaker in the field of performance psychology - www.martinroberthall.co.uk. During this session delegates will hear about how habits are the building blocks of results, whether positive or negative.

Understanding how to break and form new habits can make a considerable impact in your life and your career.

Learning objectives:
By attending this session delegates will learn:

  • How habits are formed
  • The psychology of habit formation
  • Creating positive change
  • Building and sustaining new habits

Refocus … we invite delegates at the event to also join us for a live 30 minute meditation. This refocusing mindfulness practice will invite you to root your awareness into the present moment. Just like an anchor that roots a ship to the sea bed, and stops it being taken away by the waves. This mindfulness meditation can help you to refocus on your direct experience and dissolve anxiety, decrease stress and allow the body to heal in a relaxed, peaceful state.

This session will be led by Jonathan Bates, Miindful Manchester Wellbeing Committee.

Please note this is a face to face event and not a zoom webinar.

Places are limited to 40 so it is essential that if you book and then you are unable to attend then you let us know so that your place can be given to someone else.

Light refreshments will be served during the session - please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when booking your place.

What a way to spend your lunch break.
