Firms will be looking at how they communicate with customers, including checking, understanding and supporting their customers as part of their work to meet the Consumer Duty requirements.

This session will be helpful for those who are involved in that process, and for those involved in implementing policies and procedures for dealing with customers with characteristics of vulnerability. It is also ideal for HR and learning and development departments as well as anyone who has a responsibility for dealing with staff and customers.

This session will look at diversity and inclusion from the perspective of individuals with autism when visiting banks, and dealing with financial organisations.

It will also give tips on what organisations can do to improve the customer journey for customers with autism.
