We will look at what the conduct rules mean to staff and how personal conduct can affect employability in the future. We will then focus on some of the key issues of the day such as cyber, AI, climate and, critically, what can be done to attract young people into the insurance industry. Hosted with drinks and food at a nice venue, this makes for a perfect event to get young people involved with your local CII or BIBA – once hooked, hooked forever!
