London, UK

11:00 am – 4:00 pm (UK time)

This tour takes us on an exciting journey through time uncovering the intrigue of London’s trade, commerce and maritime heritage.

We begin the tour at the Monument where we discuss how the Great Fire of London created the need for direct and property insurance. We visit the All Hallows by the Tower, the oldest Church in the City, and the Tower of London, and we will walk the Thames path through to Wapping. En-route we will recount the dark tales of pirates, smugglers, and executions at Execution Dock and stop briefly at the historic riverside pubs such as The Captain Kidd and The Town of Ramsgate.

Alongside the tour, we will be stopping for our Christmas lunch (with your meal and drinks on us) as well as taking a rest break at the Dickens Inn pub (owned by the Grandson of Charles Dickens).
