Despite their achievements, many women struggle with lack of confidence in their abilities. This empowering and reflective session helps women reflect on their inner critic, manage self-doubt, and build a foundation of lasting self trust. Rooted in coaching psychology and designed for the realities of corporate life, the workshop enables participants to recognise their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and navigate change with confidence and calm. A must for those who experience imposter feelings, perfectionism, or fear of failure.

  • Understand where self-doubt comes from and how it shows up in behaviour
  • Identify their unique patterns of inner criticism or overachievement
