In this IIL marine and energy webinar, Paul Lowrie and Boris Derkum discuss some of the typical issues that arise in German renewables claims, and the similarities and differences compared to claims in the London market.

In this session, the speakers outline the key features of the German Insurance Act (VVG) as it relates to renewables claims, then proceed to go through a number of claim examples looking at how the German law approach would respond to the claim and how these contrasts to the English law approach.
