Have you identified your Senior Managers and Certified staff correctly and drawn up appropriate Statements of Responsibilities? Are you ready to implement Conduct Rules to all staff and what is needed when Fit and Proper and Good Repute assessments are needed and when is a DBS check required together with a Regulatory Reference?

This event will guide you as to what should be in your statement and what else in needed during the course of the transition period which ends 9 December 2020.
