This session explains the science behind storytelling; how to structure stories for the maximum power and when to use them.

• Recognise what makes a good story

• Understand how to structure stories: adding interest and varied emotions for your audience

Susan is a multi-award winning business woman; International Keynote Speaker, former Prize Winning Opera singer, author, podcaster host of the SuperStar Communicator podcast and the founder of SuperStar Communicator empowering emerging leaders to communicate with impact, confidence, clarity and credibility in all business conversations and to be noticed for career success.
