Unlocking Potential: ADHD and Neurodiversity at Work

Online
Tuesday, 03 March 2026
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

What does neurodiversity really mean in the workplace? How can understanding and supporting neurodivergent colleagues—especially those with ADHD—transform team performance and innovation? Are you confident that your organisation is creating an environment where everyone can thrive?

Neurodivergence is not a deficit—it’s a natural variation in how people think, learn, and process information. Yet, misconceptions and lack of awareness often lead to missed opportunities for inclusion and productivity. This session is designed for anyone who wants to better understand neurodiversity and learn practical strategies to support colleagues in ways that unlock potential and foster belonging.

In this session, we will cover:

  • What neurodiversity is and the spectrum of conditions it includes (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia)
  • Common myths and misconceptions—and why they matter
  • ADHD in professional environments: strengths, challenges, and strategies for success with real life experiences
  • Real-world examples of inclusive practices that enhance engagement and innovation

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand how neurodivergence can be an asset in the workplace
  • Learn practical steps to create a supportive environment for neurodivergent employees
  • Gain insights into how inclusion drives productivity and organisational success
