Visit to Lloyds and the Insurance Museum - In Partnership with Brown & Brown UK

In partnership with Brown & Brown UK we are excited to offer members the opportunity to travel to London and have a tour of the historic Lloyds of London building and to visit the Museum of Insurance.

The subsidised ticket price includes return train travel from Sheffield station to London St Pancras, an hour tour of the Lloyds building, a buffet lunch, a visit to the Insurance Museum and networking opportunities.

Itinerary


A full itinerary will be provided to attendees, but approximate timings are as follows:

08.15 – Meet at Sheffield Train Station

08:37 – 10:40 – Train to London and Underground Travel to Lloyds

12:00 – 13:00 – Tour of Lloyds

13:15 – 14:15 – Networking Buffet Lunch at Brown & Brown UK, Mark Lane.

14.15 - 16.15 - Visit to the Insurance Museum

16.30 - 17.30 - Networking opportunity in Leadenhall Market

18.30 – 21.00 – Return Underground Travel & Train to Sheffield

Spaces are limited, with availability for 15 people. We therefore politely request that you only book a ticket if you are committed to attending and have not visited Lloyds of London before.

Conditions

  • Maximum 2 people per company/office.
  • Payment required a minimum of 1 week prior to the event.
  • Any cancellations please inform laura.scott@bbrown.com as soon as possible.
  • On the day cancellations without appropriate reason will incur a £50 fee.
  • Costs of refreshments (other than buffet lunch) and cost of tube travel not included.
  • All visitors need to show original photo identification to collect their security pass at Lloyds (images or duplicates are not accepted).Backpacks or luggage are not permitted on the Lloyd's tour and
  • items must be left within the dedicated Cloakroom. Valuable items may be retrieved and carried.
  • Visitors may be subject to a bag search at any time.
  • Dress code is business. No jeans or trainers.
