What does ‘a good decision’ look like from an ethical perspective, and how do we translate that into the everyday world of insurance? I’ll be exploring the ethical side of decision making, using typical insurance activities as a backdrop, and looking at practical steps we can all take to be that bit better at it next time round. And as we all work in teams and firms, I’ll go on to look at the role that ethics plays in leadership and at how to lift the ethical performance of the people we lead.
