The categories of awards are:

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

This award is to celebrate those individuals/teams who strive to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, highlighting the value and benefits of a diverse workplace, celebrating the unique contributions of all employees.

Do they or their team/organisation inspire change, champion equity and demonstrate a commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered?

If you can think of someone who is making a difference, let’s recognise their achievements!

Customer Service Champion

Being a customer service champion is not only about great service, but also about genuinely caring for your customers.

Do you know someone who puts their customers at the centre of everything they do, striving to exceed expectations, to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience?

Do you go above and beyond for your customers? Are your problem-solving skills creative and flexible, can you assess a situation and create innovative solutions?

Remember we have internal and external customers so don’t forget about your accounts or IT teams whose customers are within the workplace.

Achieve and Young Achiever

These awards are to publicly recognise those individuals who have demonstrated a unique or considerable contribution within the local insurance or financial services industry.

Do you know someone who exceeds expectations? Do they go the extra mile showing true dedication?

Have they demonstrated exceptional performance in the workplace, or worked hard towards a recent achievement that deserves recognition? Or perhaps they have made a considerable contribution to increasing professionalism and/or trust within the local institute area or the local community?

Wellbeing

This award is to recognise those who have been instrumental at their organisation in promoting, identifying, and directing colleagues to available physical health, mental health and wellbeing resources.

Do you know someone/a team who has contributed toward a positive and supportive work culture? Someone who encourages open conversations about wellbeing and takes action to reduce stigma?

Such champions often underestimate the positive impact they can have inspiring others – but small actions across multiple people can lead to significant change.

We should celebrate them!

Community Champion

This award is to give recognition to an individual or team that actively engages and supports their local community.

Nominations for this award can range from actively participating in local events, initiatives, and organisations or involvement in charitable activities and supporting local causes, inspiring others to participate.

If you know someone who makes the world brighter and quietly goes about their work supporting the local community or shouts about it from the hilltops - why not nominate them now!

Industry Advocate

This is to recognise someone who is a voice for their sector, has a genuine passion for working to raise awareness and foster a positive image for the insurance or financial services industry.

Nominations for this award can range from attending careers fairs, to networking, to building partnerships and addressing concerns to achieve common goals.

Are you an industry advocate? If so, this award may be for you!

Rising Star

This award is new for 2025; it is for individuals who have shown exceptional promise and potential within their role or firm. Perhaps they have demonstrated a commitment or achievement towards their own personal and professional development? Or perhaps they are new to the firm and already making a big contribution to the future of insurance/financial services?

Look around your team, is that person sitting next to you… or is it you?
