The Great CPD Debate
Join us for an interactive debate on one of the most hotly contested topics in the industry: the FCA's proposal to scrap the minimum 15 hours CPD requirement. Should CPD be about hours, or demonstrating outcomes? What are the risks of removing a standard, and what are the benefits? This session will challenge assumptions, engage the audience, and explore what high-quality professional development should look like. Come with your views!
