On 1 September 2025, the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, introduced into UK law a new duty to protect against fraud. It will have a major impact on the UK insurance industry. This webinar will help you identify the key requirements, understand the risks to your organisation, and implement a strategy to strengthen fraud prevention.
